Limited Warranty - 10 year

All ShamWow products come with a limited warranty. ShamWow warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid under the condition that fabric softeners of any kind are not used or ShamWow products are not dried in a dryer. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or care. ShamWow is not responsible for scratches or other damage arising from the use of the ShamWow product where foreign materials or debris are present for products such as eyeglasses, sunglasses, camera lenses or other lenses, computer screens, television screen, LCD screens, cell phones, jewelry, silver, or other products.

This is a ten-year warranty beginning from the date of purchase.

If the original purchaser receives a defective ShamWow product, ShamWow will replace it with an equivalent product upon receipt of the defective product. Original purchaser shall pay shipping and handling costs for returning the defective product to ShamWow as well as shipping and handling costs (based on ShamWow's then current S/H rates for new product orders) to replace the defective product.
